Characterization

This dog is suitable for both a flat and a house. He can stay outside during whole year, he loves snow, but he doesn´t mind warmer conditions either. We personally take our dogs with us to the sea to Croatia, they endure the journey and the warmth very well. He is an excellent watchdog, but he doesn´t bark in vain. He eats very little despite the fact that he is quite big. I feed him by pellets - one twenty -kilogram-sack is sufficient for one dog for two months and half. But this breed is a little bit stubborn. That is why it itsn´t suitable for the beginners, who have never kept a dog before. You can train him using consistency, not hardness From my own experience I can say, that he has excellent scent (his scent is better than that of a German shepherd dog) and that is why He could be used as rescue dog as well.
